We had such a lovely brunch here. We didn’t have to wait to be seater and the drinks were bought out immediately. There were some type of mishap in the kitchen and we did have to wait for almost 45 minutes for our food, but the drinks were all absolutely delicious and they were quick on service so we didn’t mind the wait that much because the conversation was good and the drinks were flowing. Once the food arrived it was really yummy and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere here was very cute. We had a great time!

Copper and Salt Northwest Kitchen is an absolute must-visit and easily one of the best dining experiences I've had in Tacoma. It truly deserves every one of these five stars. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, modern, and inviting—perfect for a special occasion or just a fantastic night out. The service is impeccable; our server was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely added to the enjoyment of the evening. The food, however, is the star of the show. Every dish is clearly crafted with care, highlighting the best of Northwest ingredients. I highly recommend [Suggest a type of dish, e.g., "trying one of their fresh seafood specials" or "the unique appetizer selection"]. The flavors were complex, fresh, and perfectly executed. If you're looking for a restaurant that delivers exceptional quality in food, service, and ambiance, Copper and Salt Northwest Kitchen is the place. We can't wait to go back!

Went for lunch with friends. The food was delish and not your typical menu. Our server was attentive, but not intrusive, a couple times I looked down and my coffee cup was "magically" refilled. The views are breathtaking - both water and mountain. And, it was slow, we came at the end of lunch. We ended up chatting for almost 3 hours and the beverages kept getting refilled, even after we had paid the check, and not once did we feel like we were being nudged to leave. Great food, great service, great atmosphere.

Copper and Salt Northwest offers a beautiful, inviting atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for a great dining experience. The food was truly delicious, with fresh flavors and thoughtful preparation that really stood out. We both ordered pasta dishes, I only wish there were a few more vegetarian options on the menu, as the current selection is quite limited. The only minus was the service, which felt noticeably slow considering how few patrons were in the restaurant at the time (Tuesday evening). While the staff was friendly and professional, the pacing didn’t match the otherwise high quality of the experience. And because we were seated somewhat near the server area, we were subject a lot of personal conversation going on back there.

Beautiful view from the patio and Johna our waiter was very nice and wanted to make sure the experience was good. The food was OK. The brussle sprouts, carrots and ceaser salad good. The meatballs had good flavor but why they were on polenta was unclear as it added nothing to the dish. They offer G.F.,vegetarian and vegan opinions. If you want a medium burger ask for medium rare or it will be over cooked. The view is the main dish the food just passes.the time.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! I went here tonight with my husband to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary, and it completely blew my expectations out of the park!! First off, the views?? BEAUTIFUL The staff?? Welcoming and attentive The food?? I felt like I was at Hell’s Kitchen with how amazing and delicious the food was, plus I eat with my eyes first and the plating and texture was phenomenal!! I WILL BE BACK

I had a wonderful birthday dinner here with my husband, and the experience exceeded all expectations. Our server, Sara, was incredibly attentive, quick with our orders and spot-on with her recommendations. She suggested the pistachio gelato for dessert, and wow… it was absolutely to die for! For drinks, I highly recommend the Midnight Walk, perfectly crafted and full of flavor. Dinner was just as memorable, the ribeye was cooked to perfection and exactly what I had been craving. From start to finish, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. Several team members checked in throughout the night, which made the service feel genuinely thoughtful. The atmosphere was upscale yet relaxed, creating the perfect vibe for a special evening. Even valet parking was a breeze. James greeted us with a warm welcome, explained everything clearly, and set a great tone right from the start. All in all, an amazing experience, I can’t wait to come back!
